Call for Applications: Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027

The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is reserving two fully funded places for members of its youth community to participate in the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027. The programme will take place in New Delhi, India, from 11 au 20 mars 2027.

Overview of the Raisina Young Fellows Programme

The programme brings together emerging leaders from different countries to explore contemporary political, economic and social issues, with a particular focus on Asia. Participants will engage with policymakers, business representatives and academics.

They will be hosted as Raisina Young Fellows at the Raisina Dialogue, a conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, co-organised with India’s Ministry of External Affairs. Upon completing the programme, they will join the alumni network of ORF’s governance programmes, which has more than 2 500 members.

This call for applications is part of the partnership between PCNS, ORF and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI).

Eligibility Requirements for the Raisina Young Fellows Programme

• Be a member of the PCNS youth community.
• Be aged between 28 and 35.
• Demonstrate outstanding achievements and proven leadership experience.
• Work in politics, diplomacy, business, the media, civil society or academia.
• Be available for the entire duration of the programme.
• Be able and willing to contribute to international forums.
• Be proficient in English.

Funding Coverage for the Raisina Young Fellows Programme

• Participation in the full programme.
• Return economy-class airfare.
• Accommodation and meals.
• Local transport.

Raisina Young Fellows Programme Timeline

• Applications open : octobre 2026.
• Application deadline : 2 novembre 2026.
• Notification of results : no later than 23 novembre 2026.
• Programme : from 11 au 20 mars 2027, in New Delhi, India.

Only selected applicants will be contacted. Applicants who have not received a response by 23 novembre 2026 should consider their application unsuccessful for the 2027 edition.
